Pick My Brain Session
Sometimes we just need a little guidance and a push in the right direction. If you're stumped on what to do next or need some understanding about a certain issue you're facing, schedule a 1hr 'Pick My Brain' Session.


Here's How The Session Works


We'll have a 1 hour session where you can ask me specific questions focused on one finance topic. You'll have the option of having the call recorded and receiving a copy of the recording for your notes. The topics I cover in this session are below.

Cancellation & Late Show Policy

Your sessions and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.

If you decide to cancel your session, you will not be refunded. However, you may reschedule within 3 months from the date you purchased your coaching package.


Late Show Policy

If you are late for your coaching session, your session will last till your scheduled end time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, I will be unable to conduct your session and you will not receive a refund.


Coaching Expiration

All coaching packages must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date. If the coaching package is not competed within that time frame, you forfeit your remaining sessions and you will not be refunded.


Refund Policy

Purchasing this package binds you to this contract. I do not issue refunds for missed sessions or cancelled sessions. The reason being is that when refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. How to Cancel Your Session

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so in the confirmation email received. You can also cancel or reschedule your session from the Session Reminder email you receive 48 hours before your session.

    How can I schedule my session? 
    Once you've paid for the session, you'll receive an email with your receipt and a link to schedule the date and time of your session.


    Will you answer all my questions?
    In order to ensure I answer all your questions, I ask my clients to send them to me ahead of time. That way I can structure the call in a way that optimizes our time and allows me to answer every question you have regarding your topic.


    Will you answer some questions I did not send you before hand?
    Absolutely, if we have time left in our session, I will certainly answer any additional questions. However, because we only have 1hr I want to be sure I answer all of your most pressing questions first, which are usually the ones you send over to me. If time allows, I will certainly answer any additional questions you have about your topic.


    Do you discuss topics that are not listed here?Yes, most times I cover other topics, but it depends on the topic. I will never discuss nor coach on something I am not completely trained, knowledgeable, or comfortable with teaching. You can send me a quick email to see if I can cover your topic in this session, before you purchase. You can send it to info@clarissaexplainsmoney.com, be sure to put Pick My Brain Session in the subject line so I know what you're referring to and I'll get back to you in 24-48 hrs with my response. If I do not cover that topic, I can certainly direct you to someone I know and trust who is well versed with that information. 


    What If I need to reschedule or cancel?
    Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so via the email you received about your appointment. Please provide a 48 hours notice in advance of your session before rescheduling or cancelling. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.

    If you cancel your schedule, you will not be refunded. You must reschedule your session within 6 calendar days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, prices could change and you would need to make the difference to continue your session.
